What Emma Would Do
Ignore me. This is just me working through my own thoughts and feelings on this. Also I'm an idiot.
***BIG EDIT: I misread and misinterpreted. Azel was nearly drugged and SA'd, so his reaction, however cruel, makes complete sense to me. If he was real I couldn't apologize to him enough.
Moving @/caffedrine's billion-dollar comments up here.
My original, misguided post is below the cut if you're interested.
I have to ask myself what Emma would do. Within reason. And only within the scope of this fictional game, because I'm not about to touch this topic as it exists in the real world. That's for people much smarter than me.
But for the game, my dismissing of Azel as a cruel misogynist without seeing his circumstances and worldview shuts down the conversation the same way it does when Azel dismisses a woman as a slut without seeing her circumstances and worldview.
(Did he actually use the word 'slut' or did google just translate çŽć„ł like that for me... I should double-check... edit: oh my bad, he calls her a "female molester", which... I can't say he's wrong considering she tried to give him an aphrodisiac...? The word also means "stupid woman", so he could very well have meant it that way too, especially for some reasons I get into later in the post.)
Soooo, he didn't actually call her a slut. I'm an idiot đ I'm sorry, Azel. Dunno if any of my points below mean anything, but I'll leave it here anyway:
The running theme in Ikepri is to look beyond the beast and see the human inside. To meet them halfway. To see their heart. And that heart is always so very terribly scarred. All these guys have gone through their own traumas and come out the other end behaving in ways designed to be armor, to protect themselves from any further pain.
I can only speculate about Azel this early in his story arc, but being showered with the same adoration and reverence that people only show a god, day in and day out, probably fucks with your mentality a bit if you are still only human at the end of the day. Having women try to seduce you only because you're The Living God, well, we saw what that kind of shallow treatment did to Silvio. Women see you as an object and so women become objects to you. You want to be loved, but you don't want to be hurt.
That might only be scratching the surface with Azel, though. He's also clearly jaded from listening to the same old interpersonal problems people have when in relationships. Love is actual trash to him, not even worth a single penny. It's trash because the very people who follow him prove it to him on a daily basis, I imagine.
Yet that's still not the full picture. I mean, we obviously won't have the full picture until his main route drops, but there's another key factor to consider with Azel.
He quotes Pascal in Licht's sequel. "Man is only a reed, the weakest thing in nature; but he is a thinking reed." The full quote goes onto say:
"All our dignity consists, then, in thought. This is the basis on which we must raise ourselves, and not space and time, which we would not know how to fill. Let us make it our task, then, to think well: here is the principle of morality.â
(Did I read the entire context of the quote? HA! What do you take me for? A scholar or something?)
Free will and independent thought is arguably the most important thing to Azel. He has no respect for the sheep who flock to him for direction (though he'll happily take their money and tributes). Even with the dancer who tried to seduce him in the prologue, when he tells her to lick up the food she dropped after he tripped her, he presents it as a choice. Nevermind that the staggeringly unequal power dynamics at play made it so this was nothing short of coercion in the end; there was no way the dancer was in a position to stand up for herself and say no, even if that's exactly what Azel wanted. But from his perspective, defiance would have been welcome. That's why he phrased it as a choice. That she started licking up the food only solidified in Azel's mind that this woman is an unthinking reed without dignity. If you're going to act like trash, he'll treat you like trash... maybe that was part of his thinking.
On a slightly different note, I think another reason he hates the idea of love so much is because love makes people lose their ability to reason, to think. I believe he outright says as much, iirc.
In the end, I don't know from where exactly Azel's fury and cruelty comes from. It could be all of these things, it might be something else entirely. All I can think is, you can't be 'God' everyday and not be scarred by humans.
In conclusion, I can't excuse Azel's behavior. I don't excuse it. But I think Emma would try to understand the why of it, like she does in any other route. The other running theme in Ikepri is that, as a certain someone would put it, the essence of all people is love. It's their environment that twists them. Somewhere in Azel is the purest kind of love. A kind that would make any god look away in shame. That's what I want to believe in, anyhow.
Also, I need stress that I was SO wrong about whether he actually called the dancer a slut or not. Google fucked me over by translating it that way! Ah, Azel, I'm so sorry!

Name four songs that you consider YOURS. Songs that no one else understands like you. Songs that they can try to pry from your cold dead hands.
Tagged by @imlivingformyselfdontmindme. And because the original rule says only four, I would do just that (mostly because I'm too lazy to list more than that lol đ)
These are my go-to songs whenever I feel life is giving extra scoops of sh*t. Also, these songs are old (leave me alone lol). However, their lyrics are those that I can almost always relate to the most. In this exact order:
Apoy (Fire) by Greyhoundz
youtube
It is such a shame that Spotify does not carry this song. It is my go-to whenever I feel depressed. The song talks about the lure of self-destruction and the singer's appeal to those listening to hold tight to their ideals/ beliefs/whatever makes them truly happy.
Original lyrics with English translation: Tatalon ka na ba mula sa sinasakyan na nagdala syo sa taas para lang magpakalunod sa bisyo o sa luho Are you jumping from the vehicle that has taken you up high just to drown yourself in vices and luxuries? Bibitawan mo na ba paniniwalang nagdulot sayo ng saya para lang magpakabaliw sa pansamantalang aliw Will you let go of the belief that made you happy just to go crazy in the pursuit of quick pleasure? Hold on tightly, brother, don't let go... Bat kaba lumalayo sa mismong kadugo kailanman di ka iniwanang nagluluksang mag-isa Why are you distancing yourself from your own blood who has never left you to mourn alone? Have you forgotten their worth, why are you giving up on challenges that won't even kill you, right? Dapat lalo kang tumitibay You should become even stronger Sunog lang ng sunog...(6x) Just keep burning...(6x) Tulong pahingi ng gamot para wag ng malito kahit wala munang sagot Help, give me medicine to avoid getting confused, even if there's no answer yet Tulong pahingi ng gamot kahit panandaliang lunas para lang kumalma Help me, give me some medicine, even if it's just a temporary cure to calm me down Bat kaba nagpapasunog sa sarili mong apoy...(10x) Why are you setting yourself on fire...(10x) Kapit ng mahigpit kapatid... kumapit ng mahigpit kapatid... wag kang bumitaw Hold on tightly, brother, don't let go
2. Alive by Pearl Jam
I guess you are now sensing a theme here lol Yes, I was emo-punk rock even before it was a thing đ
youtube
3. Across the Universe by The Beatles
It's trippy, the lyrics flow like a goddamned poetry, and listening to it makes me feel things.
youtube
4. Only Happy When It Rains by Garbage
I dunno why but I am sincerely happier when it rains as opposed to when it's sunny out there. Like giddy happy.

In russian translation he says in the right bubble "Thank you." I can't know which one is right, but considering this
It's normal for him to take a fight as a learning opportunity. And he can't learn anything from people who are so below his level as Bellamy's crew.
Dunno if he is even capable to keep grudge against anyone? I wonder how he sees himself to reach this type of mindset.
He fights to protect. He can get angry, mostly on behalf of another, but he doesn't fight with anger. He can fight with joy, he can get distracted during a fight. So it's not like he goes into a fight in some meditative clear-all-thoughts mode.
Like, he has high enough self esteem to appear as selfsure as he does. He's pretty prideful. He can put it all away, but he knows his worth. And at the same time he's constantly "I'm not strong enough" and letting people who hurt him get away with it and even finds compassion for them. He forgives too easely.
I dunno where I'm going with this. Zoro is such a deep character if you look close enough.
the thing about zoro that gets buried easily is that he doesnt just love fighting for violenceâs sake
âi dont like to fight with a motiveâ
i think the only other time we see him like this is in wano
like he doesnt like to fight out of revenge or hate or pride. he does it because they have to fight. he wants to be the best sure and thatâs necessitates fighting but he doesnât bring emotions to it usually
and he doesnt have any ill will towards people afterwards either if they find each other on opposite sites. he has so much respect for all of his opponents
also unrelated but fantastic zoro/franky moment

Exam day.
Day 3
Alright, I got a 7. That's around 72%? I dunno, the Danish system is weird, but it's like, it's an alright grade. I expected exactly that, a 7. The project was a mess from the start and even though we all had great ideas, we were just pulling in too many different directions and tackling too many things without a clear goal.
I overestimated myself twice. I don't mean it in a bad way. I mean it in a realistic way. In a way that would translate to me being gentle with myself.
I set out to do both yoga and Italian after the exam. Realistically, I can only do one of those after an exhausting day like today so putting both on my to-do list was just setting myself up for failure. I haven't done any Italian or yoga.
We schedule our work shifts a month in advance, which means that I scheduled my non-available days around mid-December. I did not schedule a rest day after today, so they ended up giving me a long shift tomorrow. Second overestimation. I absolutely should have thought about my social and mental exhaustion after difficult days and should have requested tomorrow off instead of hoping they would book someone else.
The lesson that we should all take from this Conscious Experienceâą: DO NOT OVERBOOK. EVER. And by overbooking, I mean the neurodivergent kind of overbooking. Because, yes, our neurotypical frens might do these things regularly but most of us who are struggling with a menty d, constantly ignore our own limitations (I ShouLd Be Able To dO iT. It'S ToteS FinE). Then, when we fail to perform up to the unreasonable standard that we set up for ourselves we feel like garbage. That's what I meant when I said "being gentle with myself". Setting yourself up for failure just because of some external or internal pressures is not worth it. I do not support all "f*ck it" culture, but here, it is absolutely necessary. Oh, and I forgot my contraceptive for the first time. I should seriously consider the implant option, with the amount of anxiety that "taking a pill every day at the same hour" gives me.
Wins of today, however, are â printed my Italian grammar textbook, got through the exam just fine, the project is finally over (I made it woopwoop), got myself the jellybeans I had been craving for two days, saw The Captain (fren), ran into the Head of Studies who did read my email, and Might be able to switch my Speech Workshop (from hell) to the one I actually wanted, wore my wig all day, with minimum discomfort (my natural hair is fine but a bob, and I want shapeshifting superpowers, you get it).
So, it has been a lomg day, with some hiccups, but I got through it alright. I'm not sure how tomorrow will be but I'm hoping for minimum anxiety and just brain smoothing activities. My paramour awaits!
Goodnight,
M.

| billy&will + harringrove | e s p a ñ o l |Â
.
A veces compensa.
Will sonrĂe inmenso.
Will porque va siempre asĂ.
Will sobrevuela papeles.
Billy carcajea.
Rompiendo a toser cinco segundos después.
Will. Le mira. Uno. dos. Tres segundos. Largos.
Will encoge un hombro.
Will asiente rĂĄpido.
A dolor.
A asentir.
âLe estabaââ empieza Will. Respira. A vecesââ
Will suspira hondo, hondo, labios fruncidos y Billy piensa âA la mierda, Hargrove. No te escondasâ.
Es Ă©l quien contesta, Â
âIntercambiamos dibujos, Harringtonâ
Y Steve.
Llevarle. Arrastrarle hasta orilla. Sano y salvo.
âÂżLo has hecho tĂș?â Steve frunce el ceño. A cachos. Piensa. Esto es lo que cuesta. Piensa.  Joder.  Piensa.
Billy asiente. Will sonrĂe.
Exhala.
Ojos suaves. Joderjoderoder. Tan suaves. Y Billy piensa,
Te estĂĄs ablandando. Te estĂĄs ablandando tanto, Billy Hargrove, cuando Steve dice.
âTĂșâ dice, bufa una risa suave âCon Will.

Comic buff with a thought, I notice the P5MM art and composition is more striking and closer to p5's art and style than the other manga, which is fine, but kinda... flat. (I find myself thinking there's something missing when I read it, then I look back at P5MM and I notice how there's more clever paneling, imagery, and stylistic choices akin to the games in it (like that one goro panel ya had a rant about) and I realize what's missing) That could be why P5MM is brought up more, just a guess. I dunno how you feel about all that though, I'm curious.
Under the cut cause it gets long cause of pictures:
I am very big on art style and visual presentation. I do actually judge a book by it's cover (manga, game, movie, show, yadda). If I find something pleasing to my eye I'll read it.....even if the contents are trash. Domestic Girlfriend is one, horrible manga (didn't finish, was holding out for Momo, aka best girl, and getting closure for her....then I bounced). Didn't watch the anime (didn't need to I was way ahead in the manga I think), but I know that opening is wasted on it. ldskfjaf Don't invest your time into it, it's not worth it, you would probably learn better morals from P5.......probably. But yeah I found the art style pleasing enough to try it out (I's not amazing by any means, but I like looking at it....or did.....that writing man....dat was bad ;w;).... *waves hands vaguely in air* yeah.
Fun fact, it's why I got into Persona. I happened across an ad for P4 on the PS2 in the Gameinformer magazine, it showed a screenshot from an animated cutscene plus one of the fully body art for the chars and I was like "Yes this is my jam!" (which only doubled down when I read what it was about, and it was a murder mystery and the article also talked up "the mystery of the glasses" which fakldjsalkfs yeah). So yeah it really clicked for me.
Tbh it's why I'm probably going to get back into freaking Bleach, and it's why I got into it and Naruto over One Piece (I don't think I'll ever read ON I'm sorry). Tite Kubo has sexy art what can I say? Can't trust a thing that man writes now but eh. It's also the reason I read a lot of Shojo (and now Yuri) manga, cause their art style is usually what I find very appealing (even if I've read the same gd shojo love story just by a different name for the 1000th time, give me the flowers and sparkly eyes! they are my life blood!)
And I've mentioned I really like Saito's art style. I've (attempted) to color some of his pieces on top of animate some manga frames (most of which I haven't actually published......I...I should....get around to finishing those up....haha...aha....haaaa). I really like his art, it's pleasant. But even with good art, I can still see past it and see what BS it's peddling and it can hamper my enjoyment of it. If I don't look at the context of the scene or the words on the page, I can be down with it. But when I'm reading.......I get annoyed. I balk at anything with Goro. I guffaw whenever Makoto's on screen (cause Saito nails her from P5, she acts useful but really she's useless but the narrative views her as useful it ironically makes her useless......it's the weirdest thing I've ever witnessed >.>). Like Saito really.....gets P5 it seems, down to it's flaws even (tho he can actually make the good parts of P5 shine, or at least parts that P5 failed to execute....execute in a way). But he also makes the flaws.....shine that much harder for me.
Now the Reg manga? it's nothing special art style wise, in fact it starts off VERY wonky, and while still wonky, has gotten a lot....better/cuter (esp Ryu). Not like shojo cute just.......I wanna squish their wittle faces cute (at times when it's not serious).
Like when it comes to Reg Manga these are the two pieces that have appeared in it that I feel kinda hit the P5 mark in terms of style:
(look at Mona, coming into this world like the pustule that he is 8U)
Which isn't much, but it's something. At least Reg's AOA is better looking than the anime. 8U
But I dunno, as the chapters go on, the Mangaka allows for more cuter expressions, and I just like their neat:
(btw I colored that page)
I dunno, it's not as overtly cutsey as Saito:
But they are still charming in a more simple way (without out having them go full chibi), it subtle but it gives it flavor. "Silly why are most, if not all those pics of Ryu and Anne?" I dunno guys maybe you should ask them how their backs are doing, cause they're the ones who are carrying the Reg manga when it comes to this! 8U
Tho I do think the first ch or two of Reg does a better job capturing P5's feel than the rest of the chapters, I think the mangaka is just.....bogged down by exposition and the game's BS that a lot of text on their pages so it almost reads like a novel:
ALots of text, not the most dynamic of framing with the panels. It's kinda eh. I haven't really read the manga past the 2nd dungeon tbh (I mean......as the residential #1 Makoto hater, I think that's fair.....that I'd start to zone out during my least fav dungeon....and then continue zoning out during my 2nd least fav dungeon askfdjaflk)
But during the first two dungeon arcs, I liked how.....bad the PT were at thieving, I liked how green they were. It was obviously a learning process. I also like some of the fight choreo (Saito did the best hand to hand one in the series in P4U's Yu vs Sho....which I actually animated....spoiler.....no I have no released that...my dumbass wants to tempt fate and see if I can redo it in color even tho it took me 4 days non stop to get that animated in just black and white.....but I am a fool so alas 8U). I mean it's not mind blowing, but it was simple and decently thought out, which is more than I feel like we usually get (esp with the anime shows....or at least P4/5's).
But I think what draws me in is....it's lack of P5 style. P5 style has them being still oh so cool despite being new at everything. It's tired me out. P5's how identity is style. It's....style over substance (gonna rile some feathers with that....Cvit(?) vid title). But P5 is overtly stylish, to the point it......weighs on me. Drags me down. Tires me out. I don't think they're cool, I'm bored with it. Ironically, Reg manga lacks that, which......def would make someone (and me usually) give it much of a passing glance. It's very basic I guess. But.....consider me, being in P5 hell, surrounded by all it's nausea inducing stylishness, sees a small break in the hellish hurricane to see.......normalcy. It kinda makes me connect better with the kids (kinda, it's still P5).
They feel like normal kids, trying to do their thing (sometimes trying to look/act cool and failing), and.....it's just the absolute antitheses to P5's brand......and I think that's why I like it. KLFJDSAFLKJA;
Anyway, who knows, maybe when I catch up on Reg in english and re-read MM with the official translation I might change my mind about a few things, or at least how I rank them. But for post length sake, and my sanity sake, I think I should keep the anime and mangas out of the "Which entry do you hate least" post......because I should just make another post where I go into both mangas as well as compare and contrast the anime! :D I'm just delaying some insanity for later haha....
Wait.........I just remember Day Breakers exists......and I liked it....still do....don't have much issue with it. Well shit, that is probably the one entry I hate the least. fklsdjfalkjdfkla;jsL;FJljsfdlskafaj *sobs* nO NO, I committed, and that's just a sad loophole. fdklsajflakfj *sobs* I still need to the game thing, cause let's be honest, the games are where it counts.
So right now my ranking for manga/anime is:
Daybreakers>Reg manga> MM>>>>>>>>>>TV Show Anime and it's OVAs (may the burn in the hell fire from which they spawned)
Oh, one last thing, forgot to put it in but I dunno where to put it now. I like how the manga tones down the pervyness some:
I mean Ryu is a fellow monkey. u_u .......but it's for the best I don't have to see his ape expression. ;w; (iirc the pyramid scene was a lot shorter/faster, but that's by the grace of reading and books rather than animation I suppose).

Wow Hi I can't spell for shit but I was wondering if you could draw some more KamiSero? Your art style is really beautiful and there are not much KamiSero art >âą
Awww thank you!!! And in the future I might, yeah! Right now Iâm a bit swamped by the zine things and using the time I take away from it to draw low effort stuff or my main ships so I canât promise itâll happen soon, but I still like the ship lots so !!! might happen!!
Anon said:Hey thanks for that last art I know you're probably just staying on model and it doesn't really mean anything but it felt really good to see a character with my body type for once so thank you
Anon the pleasure was all mine! Mirukoâs body type is beautiful to look at and a pleasure to draw, and if my indulging myself could make you happy then that makes it even better spent time!!
Anon said:I love you. That is all. Carry on.
Thank you!! I love you too!!!!!
Anon said:that drawing of hawks blessed me and my children and the children of my children, i feel the salvation in my bones, i've been purified
I dunno which one specifically youâre talking about, but thank you!!!! ;^;
Anon said:I just wanna say I love Baku Iâm goods! Peace
Hell yeah anon love that boy!! Smother him in love!!!! Give him all the affection his heart can take and then more!!!!!
Anon said:This is from the anon asking about todoraka and iideku fusions, I just got far enough to find them, sorry for bothering you earlier!
Not a bother at all, donât worry about it!!! And thank you for liking my designs enough to ask about them!!!!
Anon said:Hey!! I love your art so so so much and i was wondering if you could get in some mina and bakugo friendship content bc they're just,,, so underrated as friends and I love them
Ahhhhhhh the Baku // Mina friendship debate, nice, hadnât been around on this blog for a while - you know, the reason why there isnât much content and their friendship is somewhat underrated (unless weâre talking about full squad content, thereâs a lot of baku and mina there) is that, going only by canon, they... arenât friends. Of course Minaâs part of the squad, but she is more in virtue of the fact that sheâs besties with Kaminari and Sero and has her backstory relationship with Kirishima, than because she has had any significant interactions with Bakugou (a bit like Jirouâs a member of the squad through Sero and Kaminari and Bakugou even if sheâs got no relationship with Kirishima at all, all in all) -Â I, personally, like to think they could be great friends, you know? But if weâre talking canon I can count the times they interacted on the fingers of one hand (the only serious one being during the sports fest, which Mina herself commented as Bakugou picking her only cause of her acid being a good strategy against Todorokiâs ice)
I know this is sort of a digression from your question, but, as you obviously noticed since you sent me this question, lately whenever I have focused on Bakugouâs friendships in my drawings Mina hasnât been there, and people have been more or less aggressively pointing it out to me, like I was doing a disservice to a canon friendship by not portraying it - when in truth the relationship in question has nearly no canon basis at all. So I just wanna say, from the bottom of my heart and honestly, Iâm sorry if my liking to delve into and focus on Bakugouâs canon friendships makes you sad, but if the focus of a drawing or a set of drawings is supposed to be Bakugou and the relationships Horikoshi gifted him, then Minaâs most probably not gonna be there (for now, Iâm still hoping Hori will add her to his growing list of canon friends soon *crosses fingers*)
Either way this has nearly nothing to do with your question and it wasnât even really directed at you specifically, I just used the chance to address something that was bothering me a bit - THAT SAID! I do have something I mean to draw thatâs gonna be focused on Bakugou and include Mina! It might not be exactly what youâre looking for, but I hope youâll like it anyway, at least a tiny little bit! ;^;
Anon said:I loved your Have a Nice day comic. It really gave me a nice day. Itâs totally cute I can imagine them living together and sing this every morning Love your art xoxoxo
Ahhhh thank you so much!!!! Iâm super glad you liked it!!!!!!!!!
Anon said:Bro I just wanted to thank you! Becuase of your amazing art on boku no hero academia. It got me intrested in checking it out. And let me tell you, I love this show sooo much, even if its getting really intense right now. So its all thanks to you that I even started watching it.Its even more amazing becuase I get to admire your stunning work base on it.Thank You!!!!! đđđđ
HECK Iâm so glad you checked it out and ended up liking it!!!! I hope youâll keep on enjoying it from now on too, anon!!!!!!!!
Anon said:Hey fran! I love your art style so much!! Will we ever see more of the Bakushima neighborâs cat au?
I KEEP ON PROCRASTINATING ON THAT ONE!!! I DONâT EVEN KNOW WHY!!!! Itâs in the projects but I never!!! sit down!!!! to draw it!!!!! So I wanna say yes, because thatâs the plan! But when Iâm being honest Iâm not so sure anon orz
Anon said:Okay but like.... hawks is hot right?? Its not just me??
Given the reaction the whole fandom has had to him, Iâm pretty sure itâs not just you anon hahaha
Anon said:AAAAAA I BOUGHT A STICKER FROM YOUR REDBUBBLE ACCOUNT AND IT ARRIVED TODAY AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!
IâM SUPER GLAD TO HEAR THAT!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BUYING!!!!!!!
Anon said:Could you possibly draw more of the Deku + Kirishima fusion?
I... dunno? If I ever feel in the mood to play around with that AU again? But to be honest if I were to draw something that isnât just a design for it itâs probably... not gonna be about kiri and deku of all people............ so I canât promise anything, sorry!
Anon said:Hi! I know you havenât really touched the fusions au in a while but please consider: miritama fusion
I have considered it! Itâs the first one Iâm gonna draw if Iâll ever feel like going back on the fusions!
Anon said:Let kirishima touch the butty
Iâm 100% sure Bakugou lets him touch anything he wants, but if you want depictions of that this blog is not the right place to ask, anon hahaha
Anon said:First off, you draw the greatest art/headcanons for KiriBaku I've ever seen! Secondly, I found it funny since Bakugou is almost exactly like his mom, and since she got with Bakugou's dad by aggressively hitting on him, what if there was a scenario where Bakugou did that to Kirishima? Idk, I just thought it would be funny.
I actually have a couple of comics based on that concept!! Somewhere... in my bakushima tag............ Iâll def draw more on the same line in the future, tho!
Anon said:I know you posted your batteryacid (kamimina) picture a while ago but I just saw it and I'm sobbing I love it!
YO that makes me super happy, thank you!!!! I love that ship so much, itâs nice to know you liked the little thing I drew for it!!!!!!!!!!
Anon said:hi, i just binge watched bnha for the first time and now that i understand all your comics i fucking love them, i'm in love, i love bakugou, i love them all, i love your art
And I love YOU to be hecking honest!!!! Thank you for loving my boy, anon!!!!
Anon said:i just want kirishima to meet bakugouâs family one time in the show and his mother is probably gonna wanna make him her second son and bakugous LOSING IT
I DO hope thatâs gonna happen in the manga canon sooner or later, but meanwhile Kirishima met Mitsuki in one of the novels! Sheâd been taken hostage by a villain, and Bakugou yelled at her for it, and she yelled right back at him like she wasnât in the hands of a villain right then, and Kirishima said âas expected from Bakugouâs momâ and Bakugou said âdonât admire her!â or something on that line - Iâd give you a link if I knew how I tagged it when I reblogged it, but Iâm sure if you dig a bit around you can find it! Maybe on @aitaikimochiâs blog, they translated a lot of kiribaku novel moments!
Anon said:im supposing that you do, but why do you think you like bakugou so much? personally i just like the angry scowl-y but fluffy characters haha and really hes so!! cute!!! and cool!!! really!!!!! hes so good at so many things but he sucks so badly ay feelings its so!! endearing!!!! apart from this i meant to praise you and your work but i ended up screaming about bakugou hahaha. i love him too muchasgshdjl
Oh heck anon, you really donât wanna get into this, if I started talking about why I love Bakugou as much as I do Iâd probably end up saying a 10k worth of words hah I love everything about him, everything he is and everything he has the potential to be, everything heâs changed about himself and every step heâs taken along the way to be who he is right now. I love his personality and I love how strong he is, I love how hard he works, I love how angry he is and how honest and direct and genuine in everything he does he is. I love the way he interacts with people, I love his expressions SO MUCH, I love his habit of speaking in hyperboles and I love how heâs a fast thinker and how he has to go back and walk through every step he skipped when he explains things to people. I love that he presents himself as a genius when actually he just pours everything he has in being the best at everything he tries doing, I love that heâs autocritical and that he cares and that he admits when heâs wrong and that he cries, I love the fact that he cries a lot. I love that heâs set on his path and that he takes everything life throws at him and keeps walking head up and square shoulders, and also I love his eyes and his hero costume and the fact that he wants to be intimidating and yells DIE at inanimate objects and enjoys hiking in his spare time and that he calls people nerd like he isnât one himself I just. Love him. So damn much.
Anon said:Franeriiiiii~ I see that you're trying new techniques on your arts! Very nice, I enjoy watching you come up with new clothing and whatnot. I also see that the painting is a bit different, more detailed. Just dropping by to let you know I see your efforts †keep on exploring! Maybe you'll discover that you can do what you couldn't in the past. As always, have a good day and much love \0/
SOB thank you SO MUCH, anon!!!!!
Anon said:Hey Fran, how are you? I was wondering if you have any tips on how to know where to place the shadows in a drawing? I'm still a beginner and this is the hardest part for me... And I love your art very much!! You're amazing, thank you for sharing your talent with us!
God, I would love to give you a hand there but to be fair I have zero clue what Iâm doing when shading, anon ;-; I go a lot about it following more gut feeling and what looks right, than any actual tecnique (which probably shows to people who have a deeper understanding of it than I do orz) the best I can tell you to do is to try to draw from real life, but really this is such a hard question for me to answer when I myself need to work more on it ;^; Iâm so sorry!
Anon said:Bakushima alternative ship name: POPROCKS
A GREAT NAME Iâm nearly sure I read a fic called that once!
Anon said:I just wanted to thank you for sharing your amazing work for us. You literaly made my day
AHHHHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Anon said:I just finished going through your kiribaku tag and I honestly don't know if I'm feeling fulfilled for all of it or empty because I just saw all of it daNG YOUR STYLE JUST FUCKING FITs KIRIBAKU SO MUCH I REALLY LOVE YOUR KRBK CONTENT AND THE KIDS FUUUUUUUKCKCKCKK. I'm really, really looking forward for more of your art but for now I gotta go through all your other content as well. Ps. Have I mentioned that I fucking love how you draw feet?????
OH MAN thatâs such a nice thing to hear, that my style fits them!!! My style changed so much since I started drawing them that they probably influenced it to begin with, but Iâm happy you like how it looks on them nonetheless!!! thank you so so much for the kind words and for taking the time to go through the whole tag!!!
Anon said:Hi! Iâm an artist and iâve been trying to draw boy teens for a while now but i cant seem to make them have muscles without making them look like sorta adults. Any tips? I like how you draw them
I dunno how qualified I am to answer this question since Iâm still playing around with my style trying to work that out, but most of what I keep an eye out for are proportions and also how round I make the traits, I guess? The rounder the younger, as far as my art style goes - I also make the eyes bigger the younger my character is supposed to be, but that probably only works if you donât mind your style not being all that realistic hahaha
Anon said:I want to go through and the like every single one of your posts but I feel like that's a little bit excessive. Since I can't do that, I would like to tell you how amazing you are and how even when I'm having a bad day your art always makes me smile. I hope you're having a lovely day!
Thank you so so much for this ask, anon!!!!!! I hope youâre having a wonderful day/week/month too!!!
Anon said:New hawk boy lookin like a snack.
I would lie if I said the first thing I thought when I read this ask was âI guess weâre talking chicken wingsâ, tbh
Anon said:Fran, I love your sketch of Yuuto!! :3 Do you ship anyone from yowapeda?
Thank you!!! And I guess I ship more or less anything with a vague canon basis? Which is, like, a whole damn lot of things thank you Watanabe for your gay biking children - Iâm not particularly invested into anything at the moment, tho!
Anon said:Whenever I'm having a shitty day, I come back to your blog and scroll through it, the way you draw krbk is really sweet and gives me the warmth I need when I feel down. Thank you for sharing your beautiful art, you're amazing.
Sob thank you so much, oh my god! This is such a nice ask to get, Iâm glad I can help you feel a lil bit better, anon ;^;
Anon said:Fran your iida is real real cute and I'm love
THANK YOU! I think heâs way less square than heâs supposed to be... Iâm working on that lol
Anon said:KIRI'S PINEAPPLE HAIR??? SAVED ME. MY HEART IS SAVED. SOUL?? SAVED. LIFE??? SAVED.
IâM SO HAPPY YOU LIKED THAT!!!!!
Anon said:that drawing of hawks ended my life oh my goddddd he's bEAUTIFUL
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anon said:Tbh I thought of Hawk teaching Tokoyami how to fly with his quirk like a bird would, but birds just fricken shove their kids out of the nest.
At this point I wouldnât even put that past Hawks, t b h
Anon said:I love all your art and I only recently discovered all of your old kirikamibaku stuff and was wondering if you'd consider drawing it again?
YEP! Not in the near future tho, as explained in the answer to the first ask up here!
Anon said:For your fusion au do you have any of the dances figured out yet?
Only the KiriBaku one, which is just hand holding - the AU was never meant to be more than just the designs tho, so I canât say I spent too long on this sorta things!
Anon said:Your art is so nice and beautiful that you could probably draw any two characters together and say it's a ship and I would just accept it without question like "You right omg how have I not noticed this befORE IT'S GENIUS" and it could literally even be two rocks. Not even characters. Just rocks. Bless you
THANK YOU this is!!!!!!!! such a cool feeling omg so much power to have.......... Iâm gonna need to use it wisely (I say, but the first thing I thought when I read the two rocks thing was âI did draw Kiri and Tetsu in the past!â so I guess wise isnât a thing I am at all lol)
Anon said:Iâm sure you get asked this a lot but is it okay if I post some art of yours on amino? (With credits to you of course)
Nope, sorry! I donât allow reposts with or without credit, please donât repost my stuff - if you really wanna share you can just drop a link to the original post~
Anon said:Can I repost your art in my Instagram page with credit please ?
Anon said:Can i repost your art with credit ?
Again, sorry but Iâd prefer it if you did not do that!
Anon said:Hello! Opinions on iida x deku x todoroki? I love ur art sm and ur latest thing(which inspired this ask haha) hope ur having a nice day!
Love it!!! Itâs one of my main ot3s in bnha!!!! And thank you!!!!!!!!!
Anon said:Can you draw more Bakugo with glasses?? I love my goth/jock/nerd son. (I also love your art btw :'Dđ)
Thank you!!! And I can! And most probably will!!! Canât say how soon thatâs gonna be, tho!
Anon said:was the art of bakugou doing kirishima's hand pose/stance based off of the official card game or was that a super happy coincidence? :'D
Seeing as I posted the comic weeks before the card came out, Iâd say it was a coincidence haha that said! In the card Bakugou isnât actually doing Kiriâs pose! Heâs doing his own, which is adorably similar to Kirishimaâs - one closed hand against an open palm as he lats out an explosion, you see him take the stance as he gets ready to fight now and again in the manga and anime!Â
Anon said:Psst, you got that Bakukamikiri?
Sadly, not at the moment :( as I said, maybe in the future~
Anon said:I love your art more than anything and your Kiribaku keeps me alive, especially now it's finals week. Also your Kaminari is a beautiful boy who deserves all my love. I have to ask for more of him. I love you omg!!!! Please never stop drawing! â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
More Kaminari is coming your way! Definitely! Since I draw him a lot all things considered and you therefor you donât really need to ask to see more of him haha
#fran answers#used my free day which i gave to myself as an undeserved gift to answer some asks finally#so many!!! why do i always do this#i might have missed a couple#im sure i did miss a couple#i have vague recollection of reading asks i did not answer in here#HMMMMM#sorry if it was your ask pls feel free to send it again if i missed it!#anonymous
